With the harness hooks in the rear seat belt positions I am unable to refit the lower part of the rear seat is the OK? because it is stated removal of rear seat for cage only.

Hi Michael,

Competitors complied to Club Class will not be penalised for the removal of the rear seat for the fitment of safety items ONLY (roll cage and safety harnesses). Thank you for your query.

Would have been nice to have been to still allowed to run slicks in an open class for those of us that have set their cars up specifically with this in mind. Maybe a slick tyred category....there were at least three cars on slicks at the last Mallala time attack, and I was considering the move as well as it was eligible on the entry form :)

Can we get a very simple paragraph on how the tuner house works?

This is my understanding but please correct me if wrong.
They pay a one of $550?
Then they are classed as tuner house
Then anybody who is under that tuner house pays there normal entry fee still?
Then lets you know that they are a tuner house entrant?

I was on full slicks last time and i am making the swap to semi's as the car is being set up for these sort of time attack events. I think its a great move as it brings the local event in to line with Superlap which, i guess you could consider to be the national time attack event. In Japan time attack racing has always been on Semi slick tyres too.

Hi Brenton,

The Tuner House entry is by invitation only (or by acceptance of enquiry) into the Phillcom Rally Time Attack Series 2010. Tuners receive the opportunity to compete in the 3 rounds for the title & trophy holder of the Phillcom Rally Time Attack Series 2010. Promotional privileges and opportunities are also included in the entry. If competitors wish to compete as a Tuner in the series and represent their business, please contact event organisers at entries@gsr-evo-club.net for further information.

3 weeks to go!

Rumors flying around that a few cars will not be ready to compete, or their cars are not even in the country yet!

There still may be a few spots available! Send in your forms and payment to secure a spot in the starting 36!
