help pls with HID

Postby bluey_74 on Sat Sep 11, 2010 7:42 pm

OK, so standard halo' lights suck, OBVIOUS!
I went to look for HID's to suit my VII
According to the 2 places i went, my lghts are H9,

But i cant find any lights online that are H9, H11, H4, etc

can people pls let me know where they got theirs from, and VII owners, are they actually H9 or am i looking for wrong lights?

Cheers

http://www.newpro-tech.com.au/gallery4.htm

i got mine for my vr4 from these guys, mine work heaps well and didnt cost a s**t load like ones from shops do

also the ballasts on them arnt massive like most so they are easy to hide,

just make sure u order the right bulbs, i suggest actually taking the bulb out yourself and checking what it says on it,

Depends on what you wanna spend, but the Kaixen or Philips HIDs are pretty good!!

OK, so its been a while and Ive got the Phillips lights, but im interested in some pics showing where people have placed/hidden the ballasts.
The Phillips aren't the smallest Ive seen. but im still keen to install them

Would love to see where you've mounted then particularly in a VII
