Postby Martin Donnon on Sat Sep 10, 2011 6:17 am

Those of you that have been following our progress at the track for the last couple of years would notice that Willall Racing place a heavy emphasis on braking system performance. The Willall Racing Brake Water Injection System (WR35WS) has been developed and honed in house, thoroughly tested, professionally engineered, and has been used on the Open and Club AWD Time Attack winners at every single round this year.

Fully integrated into your EVO 1 - 7 Willall Brake Water Injection offers the following advantages -
- Dramatically improved Fade Free brake pedal performance
- Reduction of brake temperatures by up to 200c (this has been logged and verified)
- Increased brake pad and rotor life
- Reduced brake fluid heat loading
- Reduction in the famous 'Brownbo' effect

There are many excellent reasons to properly and professionally water cool your braking system using a tested and proven motorsport engineered production like WR35WS. Its a professional level brake upgrade without the thousands on new calipers and rotors.

For the tech heads out there here is a fantastic independent review of the Willall Brake Water injection system used on a heavilly tracked car in the USA carried out at Oregon Raceway Park in Grass Valley during the middle of a 35 degree C American summer. Brake pads were only lasting a few track sessions, and this guy had tried every current brake cooling solution until..... http://www.nagtroc.org/forums/index.php ... g-results/
Image
The Willall water injection assisted in a claimed 40% reduction in pad wear of the Carbon Lorraine brake pads being used in the car.
The bottom line is - no matter what the hardware being used - keeping it cool is always the best way, and thats been the way since the brake was first invented :)

We export this system world wide and have yet to see a less than brilliant result 8)
